About these terms

This website is operated by Sanyogini. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Please give us accurate contact and delivery details. You can also check out as a guest.

Products & handmade variation

Our pieces are hand block printed, hand embroidered and naturally dyed. Small differences in colour, print alignment and motif between pieces, and from product photos, are part of handmade craft and not defects. Screen colours can also vary slightly from the real fabric.

Prices & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable charges. Shipping, if any, is shown before you pay.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cash on delivery is offered on eligible orders.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
• Coupon codes have their own conditions, shown at checkout, and can't be exchanged for cash.

Orders & cancellation

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. You can cancel from your orders until it ships. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a pin code isn't serviceable, or we suspect fraud; any payment will be refunded in full.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about the product you bought. We moderate reviews before they appear and may decline ones that are abusive, off-topic, or share personal information.

Content & trademarks

The Sanyogini name, logo, photographs, prints and text on this website belong to Sanyogini or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without written consent.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
