What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, mobile number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Order details: delivery address, items ordered, amounts paid and order history.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or email, and reviews you choose to publish.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address and device type, used for security and to keep you signed in.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders, including exchanges and refunds.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your messages.
• To run your account, wishlist and saved addresses.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.

We never sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with trusted service providers who help us run the store:

• Courier partners, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
• Razorpay, our payment processor, for online payments.
• Our hosting, database, email and image providers, who store and process data on our behalf.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay on its secure, PCI-DSS compliant platform. Your card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay; we never see or store them.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your bag and wishlist, and protect against fraud. We don't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Account information is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we'll remove what we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices

You can view and update your details from your account. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing emails, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
