Returns & exchange
Handmade pieces are made in small batches, so we offer easy size exchanges rather than returns. If the fit isn't right, we'll swap it.

Write to us
Within 7 days of delivery, send your order number and the size you'd like.

Send it back
We'll share the return address. Pack the piece unworn, with its tags on.

Get your new size
We ship the new size as soon as the original reaches us, at no extra charge.
Size exchange
- Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tags attached.
- Each order can be exchanged once, for a different size of the same piece, subject to availability.
- If your size is sold out, we'll offer store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
What we can't exchange
- Pieces bought on final sale.
- Pieces that have been altered, worn or washed, or have their tags removed.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
A note on handmade
Block printing and hand embroidery mean small variations in colour, alignment and motif from piece to piece. These are the marks of the hand that made them, not defects.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel an order yourself from your orders until it ships. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of cancellation or of a refund being approved. Cash on delivery orders cancelled before delivery have nothing to refund.
