Shipping

We ship across India from our studio. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Available on most orders at no extra cost.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Most metro cities receive their parcel 3–5 days after dispatch; smaller towns can take up to 7–8 days. Festive seasons and weather can add a day or two, and we'll keep you posted if anything is delayed.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹1,499 or more ship free.
Below that, shipping is a flat ₹99.
The exact amount is always shown in your bag before you pay. There are no charges at the door.

Cash on delivery

Pay in cash or UPI when your parcel arrives. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to ₹10,000. Please keep the exact amount ready to help our courier partners.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also follow every step from your orders, or from the link in your confirmation email if you checked out as a guest.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes in India. We don't ship internationally yet. If your pin code isn't serviceable by our courier, we'll contact you before cancelling and refund any payment in full.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives open or damaged, please take a photo before you unpack it and write to us within 48 hours. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
